I visualize the stories of three women* who were filmed or photographed in their private lives without a consensual „yes“ and in some cases also exposed by the publication of the image material. I talked to the women* and made them co-authors. They describe, draw and depict the situations and feelings they have experienced with their bodies and I stage their descriptions photographically with representative models at possible crime scenes.
The telling women* want to remain anonymous, but their stories should be told. Their truths should be told. Together we want to draw attention to the problem of ‘nonconsensual porn’.
After creating the photo series, a video was made in collaboration with Magdalena Kreimer, Beatriz Scabora, Laura Kapeller, Aunty, Tanja Peinsipp and Isabella Hewlett.
Additionally a handout and information booklet about ‘nonconsensual porn’ was created in collaboration with Marie Waser and Katharina Maierl.
